Shipping and returns
Shipping Policy
At The Box Shop, we aim to pack and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed before 1pm are often dispatched the very same day where possible.
We aim for most customers to receive their order within 2–3 business days, although delivery times may occasionally vary during busy periods, TikTok live events, holidays, or special launches.

United Kingdom Shipping Only
We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.
Orders placed outside the UK may be cancelled and refunded.
Tracking Information
Tracking may be available for selected orders depending on the courier used.
If you would like an update on your delivery or tracking information, please contact our team and we will happily check the status of your parcel for you.
Packaging
All products are carefully packed to help make sure they arrive safely.
Mystery boxes, lucky dips, and mystery products are packed randomly, which means products will vary between orders.
Live Openings
Many mystery items are opened live on TikTok or other social live streaming platforms before being shipped out.
This allows customers to see exactly what was inside their mystery item before dispatch.
If you are unhappy with the revealed item, you must let our team know either during the live stream or within 1 hour of the live stream ending.
After this timeframe, the order may already have entered the packing or dispatch process.
Returns Policy
Standard Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Where possible, we may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A refund
Photos of damaged items may be required before a return or refund can be approved.
Mystery Boxes & Lucky Dips
Due to the surprise nature of mystery boxes, lucky dips, and mystery products, we cannot offer returns or refunds simply because you did not like the items received.
By purchasing these products, you understand that contents are selected at random.
However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Incorrect Orders
If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
